I have been away at the cabin so just picked up the cookbooks from my friend and all I can say is WOW! You did an amazing job, the book is so beautiful, and way larger than I expected. They were heavy, lol. I have only done a quick read but I am sure I will thoroughly enjoy, as will my kids. You should be so proud of yourself. Beautiful job. Years ago I used to do a lot of cooking and I used to think it would be fun to produce a cookbook also. Thanks again and take care.
